Yes kind of. But I found it's difficult because I can't remember or make use of the Vocabulary I've learnt.

Regarding writing, go to technical forums and talk to devs from all over the world. Dont you want to share your knowledge and learn from others?

I intentionally left that out of my response because I honestly have no better ideas There are tons of websites out there for people to practice their speaking through video chat, both free and paid, however, if you're looking for tech-related talks, then your filter is much stricter. Personally, I wouldn't befriend some strangers on the Internet and show them my face and talk (almost) directly like long-time friends. But there definitely are friendly guys who are willing to do so.

The best way is to find an English center to further hone your speaking skills. Those institutions usually help you sharpen all of the skills. If you have to tighten your belt, some English clubs might work. However, they rarely correct your sentences.
