I say that to you because even in a big city like Hanoi, or any developed countries, school bullying in school is a real pain. On the other hand, you hating your school doesn't mean other people, including your kids, will do too. And moving to a foreign country doesn't mean that your kids would be free of that problem. In fact, a kid from a different race might be bullied even worse.

Few things for you to consider.
Some corrections for your reply.
Sounded like you were insinuating that Hanoi is actually considered a developed country, in which case, is not even close. We are barely a 3rd world developing country.

My main reason why I learn English is to teach myself more subject, because most of the best self-study reference resources are written in English. Beside that, I also want to improve my skills for entertainment. I love music, movies and video games but I haven't understood them clearly. If I get fluent in English, I'll enjoy them more comfortably.

Although I like the logical presentation in the English books, I think English is so confusing because sometimes (lâu lâu thôi) it (viết hoa chữ "i" làm giề) doesn't have a clear rule. Additionally, I don't have an English environment, which is more difficult for me to practice (my skills/ English). However, the internet and technologies may be a good method for me at this time. There are plenty of free materials but it's hard to choose the right one.

My experience in the whole time I have been studying English by myself is the progress that I've made comes slowly yet noticeably. I'm thinking of a class or may be an examination like IELTS. I don't know whether it is possible. I'm still learning English không hiểu câu này ở đây làm gì.
Thank my friends in this thread for helping me!
Hí hí...
Màu đỏ hông chắc lắm.
- "a" thì đi với từ bắt đầu bằng phụ âm, "an" thì nguyên âm (trừ các từ kiểu university diu ni vơ sì tỳ).
E.g. a dog, an umbrela (ầm bờ-rê là), etc.
-"in English"

E.g. an R, an H nhưng lại là a U

No. Because the subject was already specified in the previous clause and I only referenced it again using "in which case". In what case? In the case that Hanoi is actually considered a developed country which is not even close.
Hope this helps answer your question.

Judging by the font, it looks like "English Grammar In Use" by Raymond Murphy, or one of his books anyway.
