The English materials you find on the Internet won't give you the same experience, because talking to the natives means using casual English and that's often times miles harder to make out the words since they speak faster and tend to jampack so many slangs in between.
In the end, if you aim for academic English valued in proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, etc. then that's not exactly helpful because IELTS in particular values your range of vocabulary - the ability of using complicated or fancy words. They also prefer you to speak slowly and clearly with enough information so chatting with a random native speaker is only gonna help with your reflex or the ability to hold a conversation. Generally, language centers are still the best option since the teachers are catered to guide you in that direction.

IELTS, in my opinion, is basically another similar test to the college entrance exam (Literature), where fancy (but please, no over the top vocabulary) and complex words are preferred

I can never fathom why people can spend their time to type a question that can be easily found on the Internet, and then wait for someone to answer for them.
